When Realtors® are searching the MLS, the listing broker company name will appear. If this name triggers a positive experience for that Realtor®, they will not pass over the listing, even if that listing is limited service or flat fee.　

But, if that Realtor® recognizes a company that they associate with poor service because that flat fee or full-service Realtor® has not answered their phone, many Realtors® will not even bother to make a call to schedule a showing.

3) Offers from Realtors® are the next hot topic of trust. By owners do not want their offers going through the flat fee broker. They perceive the offer as theirs and would prefer that the flat fee broker never sees the offer or even being slightly involved in that part of the selling process.
