Search the term “flat fee MLS Miami” and about 30 different flat fee MLS listing services come up. Some are genuine flat fee MLS services and others are flat fee traps. In particular, a $69 flat fee MLS listing is not really what it portends to be as there are conditions that can prevent you from canceling the MLS listing at will.
