Is an ADDvantage Flat Fee MLS Listing in Miami Worth $150 more than Other By Owner with MLS Services?

Search the term “flat fee MLS Miami” and about 30 different flat fee MLS listing services come up. Some are genuine flat fee MLS services and others are flat fee traps. In particular, a $69 flat fee MLS listing is not really what it portends to be as there are conditions that can prevent you from canceling the MLS listing at will. Other services are “national” flat fee MLS websites and are not licensed in Florida. As well, there are websites that advertise flat fee MLS but do not give you buyer leads from Realtor.com and leads they receive from other FSBO websites such as homes.com…these flat fee MLS offers are not genuine because they take these leads for their agents.
